By accessing or using Print Monster’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide printing solutions including brochures, business cards, posters, banners, customised merchandise and more. All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full/advance payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made through approved channels.

• Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of artwork/content submitted.
• Print Monster is not liable for errors in customer-provided files.
• We reserve the right to reject content that is offensive, unlawful or violates intellectual property rights.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
• Delays due to courier, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

• Orders once processed, cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are considered only for defective or incorrect prints, subject to review.
• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Print Monster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

All trademarks, logos and service marks displayed by Print Monster are our property. Customer-provided designs remain their property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
