If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms & Conditions, the Online Terms & Conditions will prevail.
If payment is deducted and the order gets cancelled due to design issues or personal request, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Re-orders may be converted into a Re-Order Token for future printing orders.
Returns are accepted only if the package is damaged or an incorrect product is delivered.
Please notify the delivery carrier immediately while accepting the shipment.
If the outer package is damaged or tampered, do not accept it. Share clear photos with our support team.
If the inside product is damaged, an opening video will help us process quick replacements.
If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received the package, we will request POD/DRS proof from the courier partner.
Courier response may take 4–5 business days.
Delays due to weather, government restrictions, or courier issues may happen. Refunds may not apply in such cases.
Delivery Exception means the courier company could not complete the shipment delivery.
If no response is received for re-delivery, the shipment may return to the Production Unit and re-shipping charges may apply.
